Barrister (court representation and advisement):

• Bar Professional Training Course

Solicitor (legal advise and services):

• Law Degree or GDL
• Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) or the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
• Legal work experience (2 years)
• Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) character and suitability requirements
• Apply for admission to the roll of solicitors
