Andrea Hellmann has been admitted to practice as attorney-at-law since 1991. She joined the law firm of Wendler Tremml in August 2011, having previously worked for 20 years as a partner of the law firm Wolfswinkler in Munich.
She specialises in labour law and earned a degree as Fachanwalt in 1993. She has been acting as business mediator since 2004. Her practice mainly focuses on medium-sized companies and executives with respect to collective and individual labour law disputes in Germany and abroad. Andrea Hellmann also specializes in medical / health care law. She advises clinical research organisations (CROs), doctors and clinics.
Due to her previous work with the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Andrea Hellmann maintains close contacts with policy makers and commercial companies in Malaysia.
Andrea Hellmann authored a handbook on the assertion and enforcement of legal claims in Malaysia. She co-authored a book on part-time work, which appeared in its second edition. She frequently publishes articles on various employment law issues.
